Apple® to Ford OEM Head Unit Interface.
Connects2® have designed a solution to enable connection of an iPod (and other Apple® products) in to a vehicle's original audio system, as most car manufacturers do not offer this facility.
This interface allows your iPod to be connected easily to an original stereo head unit.
Music selection can be controlled from your vehicle's steering controls (if fitted) and the Apple® device will also charge whilst you are travelling.
Because it plugs directly in to the CD changer port on the rear of the head unit, there is no loss of sound quality like that experienced with an FM modulator.
If a CD changer is fitted, it must be disconnected to use this interface.

NOTE : Head unit must be CD changer compatible. This interface connects to the CD changer port on the rear of the original stereo, so a CD multichanger cannot also be fitted.
